Abstract submission

  
Use the conference registration system (button above) to send the abstract.
  
  • If you already have an AMCA conference system account created from last year or another conference, use your user information.
  • If not, please create a new account by clicking on “New registration to the system”
  • After logging in, click on “Send new abstract” to submit an abstract 
  • To create an abstract, use the mandatory template, which you can download HERE

You can view or edit your registration at any time by logging in again. After sending the registration, you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail.
Active participation is divided into:
  
  • Oral presentation (20 + 5 minutes discussion)
  • Posters – Poster boards size: 90 x 120 cm (width x height

For both types of communication, it is possible to send full papers for post-conference publications.

Information for authors

The condition for including the presentation in the program is the registration of one of the authors and the payment of the relevant registration fee!

1 accepted presentation (poster/lecture) = 1 registration fee (extra accepted presentation = 500 CZK)
 
  • The abstract can be sent in Czech, Slovak, or English.
  • The abstract can be sent in doc, docx, rtf, or odt formats. The maximum file size is 10 MB. The abstract can contain images.
  • The file name must contain the author's last name without accents and without spaces.
  • Abstracts will be published in electronic form on the conference website one week before the conference. If you do not agree with the publication of the abstract in electronic form to the conference participants, mark the abstract in the submission form.
  • Abstract formatting:
Title of the abstract in bold: Name of Abstract

Name of the institution, city and state in italics in this form: Institution, City, State
In the case of different institutions, mark the names of the authors / co-authors and the institution with a number in the superscript (for the name after, for the institution before).
