Abstract submission

The abstract can be submitted after creating a user account in the registration system.
Please save the entered e-mail (user ID) and password, you will use them when registering for future events or when sending the full text for publication.
Active participation is divided into:
  
  • Oral presentation (15 + 5 minutes discussion)
  • Poster 

For both types of communication, it is still possible to send full papers for post-conference publications.

Oral presentation

An oral presentation can be made in the following ways:
   
  • By creating a record of the presentation according to these instructions and sending it to the e-mail amca@amca.cz. The recording will start at the time of the presentation. For the subsequent discussion, the author will be connected to a live broadcast. We recommend this method if the lecturer does not have the option of a high-quality, stable internet connection.
  • Access the Live Webinar live broadcast. The presentation will require a camera, microphone and internet connection with a speed of at least 20 Mb / s. Once connected to the room, you can share the screen with the presentation and present. For those interested, a test connection will be made well in advance of the conference (approximately 14 days).
  • Participation in a virtual studio in Prague. This option is only valid in a limited number and will be specified on the basis of current government measures against the spread of COVID-19.
Poster
  

Participants with a poster presentation will be invited to send a poster by one of the following (14 days before the conference):
  
  • Video presentation / short lecture (recording according to these instructions) for a maximum of 5 minutes
  • MS PowerPoint (maximum 3 slides)
  • JPEG image
  • Document in PDF format
Poster presentation will be placed just before the conference on a non-public website (available only to conference participants), where they will be divided into sections.
At the time of the program of a specific section, a separate discussion block will be launched for each section, where the authors of the communication will be present for written answers to the questions of other participants.

Information for authors

The condition for including the presentation in the program is the registration of one of the authors and the payment of the relevant registration fee!

1 accepted presentation (poster/lecture) = 1 registration fee (extra accepted presentation = 500 CZK)

 
  • The abstract can be sent in Czech, Slovak and English.
  • The abstract can be sent in doc, docx, rtf, or odt formats. The maximum file size is 10 MB. The abstract can contain images.
  • The file name must contain the author's last name without accents and without spaces.
  • Abstracts will be published in electronic form on the conference website one week before the conference. If you do not agree with the publication of the abstract in electronic form to the conference participants, mark the abstract in the submission form.
  • Abstract formatting:
Title of the abstract in bold and capital letters: NAME OF THE ABSTRACT

Name of the institution, city and state in italics in this form: Institution, City, State
In the case of different institutions, mark the names of the authors / co-authors and the institution with a number in the superscript (for the name after, for the institution before).
